What We Are About - The motivation behind the apps
Thoughtful tools to support your family - from pregnancy and postpartum, to calming creativity and mindful breathing for every stage of life.

Hi, I’m Simon, a father, an osteopath, and app creator. My mission is simple: to make the world a better place through thoughtful, supportive digital tools for families. Every day in my clinic, I work with people facing physical, emotional, and practical challenges. Many of the issues I see inspired me to create apps that offer real, everyday support beyond the treatment room.
Our journey started with Tummy to Toddler. During our own pregnancy, even with all the reading and preparation, we found ourselves surprised by how much we weren’t told until the last minute. In an already emotional and high-stakes environment, those gaps in information made things harder than they needed to be. This app was born out of a desire to give expecting parents the clear, calm guidance we wish we’d had, without the clutter or overwhelm. It continues into postpartum, offering help through the early chaos of newborn life, from feeding confusion to managing mastitis.
Then came Creative Kids, sparked by our own children’s love of drawing. We wanted something that encouraged creativity without causing overstimulation, a common issue with many kids’ apps. It began as a simple shape-based drawing tool and evolved into a collection of gentle, engaging games tested on real families. The result? A creative outlet that sparks joy without overwhelm.
Exhale was created in collaboration with my fellow osteopath, Adam Thomas. Together, we designed it for the patients we treat many of whom struggle to recall which breathing technique to use in moments of stress or fatigue. Exhale removes the guesswork by allowing you to choose your breath based on how you want to feel calm, energised, focused, or ready for sleep. It’s simple, outcome-based breathing support for real life.
My goal is to give families and individuals meaningful digital support that fits naturally into daily life — from birth preparation to breathing routines to quiet creative play.

App Stories

Tummy to Toddler
Supporting you from bump to baby and beyond.
When we were expecting our first child, we did all the research, but still found ourselves blindsided by things we weren’t told until the last minute - especially during labour and those early hospital days. In a time already filled with emotion and uncertainty, this added unnecessary stress.
Tummy to Toddler was created to change that. It’s a clean, easy-to-navigate resource for expecting and new parents, filled with the kind of practical, no-nonsense advice we wish we’d had. From birth preparation to newborn care, feeding guidance, sleep tips, and support for managing mastitis - this app offers calm, clear information in a sea of conflicting opinions. It’s your steady companion through pregnancy and the early weeks of parenting.

Creative Kids
Simple play. Creative minds. Calm hearts.
Creative Kids started as a fun little drawing tool for our own children (Shape It UP app) - a space to create with shapes and colours without being bombarded by noise, fast movements, or addictive design. It was our way of asking: Can kids’ games be both engaging and calming?
The answer was yes. What began as a basic drawing app grew into a collection of gentle low stimulating games that promote creativity while avoiding overstimulation. Tried and tested on real families (including our own!), Creative Kids helps your little ones play, explore, and learn without feeling wired or overwhelmed afterward. It’s peaceful play, designed with young minds in mind.
Exhale: Breathe Calm Mind
Breathe with purpose. Feel the difference.
As osteopaths, Adam Thomas and I regularly saw the same pattern - patients were often taught useful breathing techniques, but in the heat of stress or fatigue, they couldn’t remember which one to use. That moment of hesitation can make a real difference.
We created Exhale to remove the guesswork. Rather than overwhelming you with dozens of methods, Exhale simply asks: How do you want to feel? Whether you need to wake up, calm down, energise, or prepare for sleep, the app gently guides you through an outcome-based breath practice - supported by calming visuals and haptic feedback.
Exhale is designed to be your reliable breathing companion - ready whenever and wherever you need a moment to reset, refocus, or recharge.
